Quick and easy triangular faucet replacement for leaking faucet handle. I bought two to replace the triangular lever tap. First, turn off the water lines under the sink. All I needed was a 3/32 hex wrench to remove the handle from the stem assembly and some plumber's pliers to remove the nut that secures the stem to the actual faucet base. I purchased a plastic faucet stem from Home Depot that was not made by Delta but was specified for use with my Delta faucet. Part of the stem was plastic and there was a gap between the stem and the curved plastic pieces surrounding it (stops).
