DEWALT 514013598 Fence Assembly Review

Fence arrived curved not square. If a carpenter's square was placed on it, the daylight could be seen clearly. It was 1/32 to 1/8 inch

The item I received is not the same as the one I ordered and does not fit my table saw. I replace the fence on the right in my picture. The fence on the left is what I have.

Purchased to replace the fence that came with my table saw. Sheet metal is so delicate for a saw that you can carry around, transport and use on the construction site. It may have been a mistake ever to work with this saw with an accuracy better than 1/8 inch.

After reading several negative reviews, I was nervous about ordering. Mine came exactly as described, brand new and a perfect match for both the table in all directions and the blade. Yes, it's expensive, but it's hard to find fences like this anywhere. Very satisfied!

Not compatible with Dewalt DWE7491RS Type 10 Looks like the same fence in the photo. It snaps into the bolts on the saw, but cannot be placed horizontally. Also, my original fence weighs almost 4 pounds, but this one weighs less than 3. It feels very cheap in comparison. Finally it had a few scratches/dents which leads me to believe what I received was a return.

DO NOT BUY! Absolutely not OEM as described or even close. I can't believe they haven't been called in yet. It's just cheap junk. I bought this to replace the fence on a Dewalt 7491 Type 2 table saw. I recently purchased a 10 inch table saw with stand (DWE7491RS) and my fence arrived with a small notch. I ordered this fence as a replacement rather than trying to return such a large and heavy saw. It has arrived and is coming to the table, but it is of much worse quality. The fence is half the thickness of what comes with the saw, making it significantly lighter and less durable.
