An excellent product that is widely used.

Dinosaur boards are the best! I have two RV's and both ovens now use dinosaur boards. Cured boards refuse light conditions in both heaters. When the fridge in one of the RVs stopped burning, I decided the board was bad and replaced it with a board with dinosaurs on it. This didn't solve the problem. It was MY fault, NOT the dinosaur's. If I had taken the time to do the proper troubleshooting, I would have realized that the problem was with the thermocouple. I replaced the thermocouple and it…

Electrical issue fixed

My Dometic RM 2652 fridge most likely only ran on propane. Just before my trip this summer, I checked my refrigerator for functionality. Connected to the shore grid, it ran on propane gas! Wrong, check the heater coil and it was fine, 44 ohms. All plugs reinstalled and still no 120VAC at the heating coil. The control board is powered by 120VAC, so I ordered a Dinosaur Electronics Micro P-711 control board to ship to my daughter's house in Idaho. Tested and still not working on AC when connected

Dometic fridge not cooling? It is your decision!

I have a Dometic RM2652 fridge in my camper van and towards the end of 2018 it stopped cooling. The symptoms I had at first was that the heating element just wasn't working. I replaced it then it will heat up and work about a day and then turn off. I checked all voltages and they are ok. I decided to replace the motherboard as suggested by some other reviewers. That was over a month ago and our fridge is working again and even better! There's a dial on the board itself, which you might need to…

My propane problem has been solved

I have a Dometic 3663 that was fired with propane for a random amount of time and then turned off. The "Check" light on the refrigerator will illuminate. I had a good propane flame, my igniter was in good condition and cleaned. I checked all 12 volt refrigerator grounds that had minimal resistance. I checked the mV output on my thermistor and it was consistently between 32 and 35 mV when the propane ignited. After 4 minutes to 4 hours it went off. The only thing that made me doubt the order was

Great replacement for broken boards.

My 2000 Dometic New Dimension fridge had a problem where it cooled down to about 40 degrees in the fridge when switched on. But then it either resets or goes into defrost mode and takes 24 hours to get back to around 40 degrees. During the day it rose to 50 or 60 degrees. It doesn't matter whether it's electric or propane gas. After installing the dinosaur board, it works perfectly. I set the board scale to 4 and the eyebrow setting to 4. Both can be rotated to 5. With Florida temps in the high

Pros
  • It is equipped with a fuse on the 12VDC power line.
Cons
  • Almost never.

The picture is wrong - wait never mind they fixed it!

The image for this product is not correct. I will try to upload a photo of the product received. The circuit board I received is a genuine Dinosaur Micro P-711 circuit board that replaced the circuit board in my Dometic double circuit fridge. The kit came with very good instructions and diagrams. The instructions included some troubleshooting information such as: B. what voltage should be read from the thermocouple, which I couldn't find anywhere else. The circuit board was easy to replace. I…

Dinosaur is the way.

Works as advertised. for DC (three-way refrigerator) not required for 2-way, AC/propane. A ground wire must be made for a connection. I used a short 5 inch piece of wire with a ring terminal on one end and a connector on the other end. I'd rather buy from these guys than Dometic. Installation took about 30 minutes, mostly to make sure I connected the cables properly. I use an aftermarket temp sensor in the fridge. There is a temperature controller on this circuit board. I found that I had to…

Pros
  • The Micro P-711 is equipped with a temperature controller that allows you to finely adjust the temperature of devices equipped with a temperature switch.
Cons
  • Slightly torn

My fridge works better on propane, but something else is wrong!

This may be the best purchase I have ever made from Revain or anywhere else. My Dometic RV double sided fridge ran fine on electricity when plugged in, but when unplugged it would run on propane from time to time and I kept having to reset the knobs and sometimes it would start working again , but sometimes it didn't work and dried the campsite during the day in the mornings, I put the fridge back and it worked during the day with the sun charging the batteries with the smaller solar system…
