Couldn't get better for the money

What can I say, this is a wooden spatula that works. I like it because it needs to be mixed so I can get the consistency I want before applying. I used pre-mixed stuff from a local store but every time I used it for the second or third time it dried up. in the bathtub so I can measure it. Just add less water than you think and stir as needed.

Pros
  • Great product
Cons
  • No machine

Very Impressive Best Wood Filler

This material cures to a plastic wood substance that is harder than wood. All you have to do is add water and stir. I didn't find it hardened too quickly like some say. You have more than enough time to add it to any wood you renovate. The only caveat I would like to add is that once cured, it will be quite difficult for you to sand them down. So make sure you do your best to smooth it out before it dries. I am really impressed with this product saving some badly rotted stair rods. For largeโ€ฆ

Good Enough for Grandpa, Good Enough for Me

Here's an old-school product that should still be a staple. Because it is a powder, it never dries out and becomes unusable like pre-mixed putties and fillers. A 3:1 powder to water ratio works great, but you can add more or less water as needed. Easy to clean, hard stone after drying, suitable for various surfaces. I've used it to fix dog-chewed table legs, fix nail and screw holes in drywall, and tighten joints under chairs in my dining room. I use it primarily to fill and repair drilledโ€ฆ

Pros
  • Quality Craftsmanship
Cons
  • No Instructions

Once you have purchased this pen you will NEVER resort to pre-made materials. Everyone was disappointed to find that tube of premade materials you bought 6 months ago for another project you were doing and now it's rock solid. Gone are those days with this stuff because you only mix what you need, when you need it. Stop fooling around and wasting money. Buy this and you'll always have wood spatulas on hand. It's a powder. Add some water, stir with a popsicle stick and you're done. I don't knowโ€ฆ

I prefer regular wooden spatula.

I liked the idea that it was a self-mixing powder. No need to go to the Lumber Filling Shed to find useless, hardened bricks and then run to the store. Unfortunately I tried using this material to fill some small cracks and holes in my deck but it didn't work very well. It seemed to me that it didn't work as well as the usual wooden spatula. I just found it harder to work with and regular wood putty is better for small repairs. The fact that a pound of this material sells for $1.96 at the timeโ€ฆ

Pros
  • Great for me
Cons
  • Broadly ok, but...

High quality, easy to use, good value all purpose putty and wood putty

This is a great product that should not be missing from any handyman arsenal, especially at a great price with an additional range here. At the local orange store, it costs at least twice as much. It is a fine off-white powder that needs to be mixed with water. Dilute it with a thin layer, it's a great protective layer that fills the pores/grains. Mix it thicker it's a putty filling knotholes etc. It says it doesn't shrink but of course it does shrink a little as it dries which requires moreโ€ฆ

Pros
  • Dope ๐Ÿ”ฅ
Cons
  • Not as thick as other putties

Repair of water damaged laminate.

Haven't used it for repairs yet but stirred a bit to check hardness and quality. The result was better than expected. I had water damage on my laminate floor and bought WOOD FILLER to see how it would hold up. if you use WOOD FILLER which is not really suitable for floors. The price of Rockhard Water Putty makes it a very good value considering how much you get. I like that you only have to refill as much as you need - so there is very little to no waste. I accidentally left the lid of the WOOD

Pros
  • High marks from testers for grip and durability
Cons
  • Minor things
