This is my second unit

They are easy to assemble and maintain relatively accurate voltage and current settings. I used them to slowly charge a LiFePo4 battery for my ham radio transmitter in my truck. The battery is mounted very close to the radio and provides as much power as the radio needs and this device allows me to get a small amount of power from the main battery in my car via the cigarette lighter adapter. Not working properly

I wanted to use it to drive a fan that required a very specific amount of power. Three things were wrong with this product. First, the voltage was different than what was shown on the screen. Second, no amps came out of the module no matter how I turned the knob. After all, the watts on the screen were ZERO the entire time. Also, he was 2 days late. The module would be very easy to use if it worked properly. I am sending it back and will buy it from another company on Amazon.

Great little power backup for my Pi4B!

Easy to install and works flawlessly from the first moment. I need to find a way to mount it on the wall plate next to my Raspberry Pi4b, a small device that is constantly powered by a 12V marine battery. I bought it so my Raspberry Pi4b can stay on during a power outage and always alert me to what I'm monitoring. I can see that my Pi is drawing about 240mA of current, which is enough for my charger to charge the battery. There couldn't be a more perfect match!

works great as a power pack for hobby games, LED drive etc. I like it and am satisfied. AN IMPORTANT NOTE: THIS WILL BE RUN IN ON MODE. THIS. IF YOU HAVE SOMETHING PLUGED IN AND THE VOLTAGE OR CURRENT IS NOT SET WHERE YOU WANT IT, BAD THINGS CAN HAPPEN. THEN PLUG IN THE DEVICE THEN ADJUST THE VOLTAGE THEN PLUG IN YOUR DEVICE adjust both accordingly so buy if you want this. Oh, and the nice feature is the dollar and the boost. So if you use 12V, you can output less and less 12V.

Voltage spikes on power up when input voltage is higher than output voltage

I tried using this device to derate from a 29v battery to 24v output voltage (29v) immediately after every time it is switched on and levels off at the set output voltage (24 V) within approx. 1 second. ). This surge would have affected my sensitive 24V electronics. I'm giving 2 stars instead of 1 because the price is great and the display is a great feature. I can use this for less important projects.

The plastic case is very difficult to assemble.

This was in response to my fluctuating solar charge/discharge voltage. I use it for a CCTV system so that a power failure will not stop the recording.
