Great for quick work

I made a set of 8 x 10 x 2 foot deep wall shelves out of 3/4 plywood. I didn't want to spend time cutting, milling, sanding, gluing and finishing the edges of each piece, which would probably take a day or two. So I tried this and got it done in less than an hour. Looks good for utility but I wouldn't use it for furniture or anything you need to look good. The color and texture of this edging matched the maple plywood I used very well. The adhesive layer was thicker than the tape I got from a local hardwood supplier, so I was worried about pinching or questionable adhesion, neither of which was an issue. Poor, time-consuming adhesion

Poor adhesion. I spent about an hour applying about 16 linear feet of it, moving the iron very slowly to get it fully heated, and then applying tons of pressure to get it to stick properly. Several times throughout the experience I was surprised and frustrated that my efforts were still not enough, when I thought it was good then the edge came loose. I finally thought I had finished every inch enough for good adhesion, then took my parts to the site for installation and to my great dismay it…
