I recommend starting at a lower temperature and working your way through, using a rag between the iron and finish to minimize any potential burn marks.

This product works like magic. It is very easy to work with and goes on like a dream. I just dry folded it and bent where I needed to cut. Then a few seconds with the iron and pressing down worked great. I didn't even have to cut. If I tore it off a bit, I just reheated it and put it back in. I hope it holds up as well as it is.

Edge tape was simply placed in bubble wrap. The first 29 inches were damaged with a small notch, looks like something was put on it and got stuck on the edge. If the edge tape had been rotated better, this would not have happened. Luckily I still had enough for my project minus the 29″ and 17″, but if I needed all 25 feet I would return them.

Easy to cut and easy to use. Applied with my heat gun at low temperature. I repainted this stereo cabinet for craft storage. The hinged door on the right had black plastic pieces with CD slots and black piping along the shelves. I removed both and used them around the edges of the shelf after painting the unit white. I was expecting it to be too wide or too narrow. It was exactly the size that was needed. I expected the installation to be difficult. I used masking tape to secure it in place.
