Good quality - 2 different colors

These are pretty good ethernet cables for the money. They are heavy but not particularly flexible. I like that the two cables are different colors since my application is a remote router with a WAN connection and a LAN connection. It helps me maintain a direct network connection with visual cues.

Bought these to enter the Cat 6 realm. Use this option to hardwire your desktop and modem to your wireless router. I haven't done any real dyno testing, but first I'd say the TV connects faster to Netfix. So I'm assuming the router is getting a little better service from the modem. Easy cable replacement and the cables appear to be well constructed.

Right size for the job, great connectivity between switch and Mac OS

Bought to provide ethernet capabilities for my MAC Mini system. Cables are cables, but the proof is in the pudding. I am very happy with the conductivity of this cable compared to more expensive cables. Why pay high prices when they work just as well or even better. Other than buying in bulk, this is the way to go.

Pros
  • Top marks for support and durability from testers

Excellent Finished Length 30ft - Speed Stable

I use several pre-made cables and lengths. Other vendors did not offer the 30-foot CAT6 model. These cables are perfect for my personal home project where the cable to my projector is run through walls and pipes. The anti-pinch protection worked very well and I didn't have to mask off the serpentine course. The speeds are as specified for a robust 1Gb Ethernet with a 1Gb fiber optic backbone. highlighted.

Pros
  • Same as everything so far

Inexpensive cables to replace old Cat5 cables

This was exactly what I needed. The cables arrived in new condition and worked perfectly. For those who think they might be in my situation. Here: My ISP has a speed of 200 Mbps, I only had about 94 Mbps. For a while I just assumed that I would get the most out of those 200Mbps because people often don't get what the ISP claims. But after doing some research, I found out that I might have had old Category 5 cables that offer speeds of up to 100Mbps. I received these cables, exchanged them and…

Mac Mini connects securely to router

I purchased a set of two 3 inch CAT 6 Ethernet cables from Ultra Clarity Cables based on the price and positive reviews. I was not disappointed with my purchase. Both cables were well packaged and worked as expected. One of the cables connects to the back of my Linksys Tri-Band Wireless Router and then to an Anker USB Ethernet Adapter that connects to my Mac Mini. With this setup I get downloads at over 60Mbps over Wi-Fi and now a wired connection. I haven't experienced any loss in upload or…

Absolutely good cable

Especially considering the price, the cable is made of good materials; not cheap plastic that won't bend. I move them around (tucked into my ceiling panels and the knobs compress/push them against the wall) from time to time and nothing looks damaged or loose. I have received approval from this IT professional. UltrClar cables are the first thing I look at at Revain, settling for two or three 75 foot CAT 6 cables that I bought years ago. They still look almost new. Yes. They are cables doing…

  • Ugly packaging

My IT support uses a lot of pre-terminated cables. These cables are perfect for my personal project of running my cable modem and other networking equipment into an electrical/electronics panel in my basement. 20 feet turned out to be the perfect length for this project. These Cat6 cables provided a reliable connection for this project. I like the 2 (black/blue) colors that help me keep the cable modem channel in a different color code than the private network color code coming from my…
