Wow! That's a great grinder! And great service from Bonsai!

I had to replace an 8 year old Fellows shredder for my home office that finally bit off more than it could chew. The maximum number of pages it can shred has recently been drastically reduced, with a corresponding increase in noise levels. So it was time for an exchange. I carefully researched replacement options and settled on this bonsai based on positive feedback on the shredding abilities and noise level (noise was my deciding factor). Very efficient and quiet paper shredder. The company does everything it can to live up to its generous warranty

While it's definitely more than I was looking to spend, I'm glad I shelled out. This is a nice and compact shredder that has been happily devouring my old tax returns for the past few days. He accepts thick advertising envelopes without my opening and doesn't notice the paperclips. If I put in more than the recommended 12 leaves (maybe 14 or so) the bonsai will grow a bit bigger for a minute or less, but it gets the job done. It also hung slightly on the sheets when I wasn't. Exceptionally quiet and powerful shredder with questionable bin design and very odd rollers

First I must warn you that my review was written during my honeymoon and I look forward to using a shredder that can actually grind more than one sheet of 20 pound paper and will not tear the eardrum. Pros: - Quiet. The loudest thing about this shredder is the beep beep beep sound of paper being chewed. No primal screams from a low powered motor that rivals a skill buzz saw.
