Arrived with the cap open and the contents poured into a plastic bag in which the bottle was shipped. . Accidents always happen and I'm understanding and reasonable. However, the fact that they don't foil seal the bottle to prevent spills when the cap is unscrewed (and for the integrity of the product) makes me wonder why. I order this product often and this is the first time I have received it in the condition described above. This is an effective product that delivers the results promised. As

good product for fish and aquatic animals

used to run a cycle on a 40 cultivator drilled with a 20 long sump. It seems the cycle time has increased, I'm still in the nitrite phase and I'm about 3 weeks, maybe only about a month, actually I'm not entirely sure. I added dead crab on day one and added some food to create waste in the system and started dosing it. this got me into a nitrite cycle pretty quickly, the ammonia didn't last all that long. I would say based on testing I'm almost done with nitrites. they fall little by little…

Great for fish and aquatic animals

I've been using this for a year and add it to my tank after every water change. It works great and does what it promises. While I didn't read the fine print on how much to use, I didn't use enough. 60 ml to 5 liters. I definitely didn't use enough, although it still worked with what I was using. Now with the right amount my SW tank looks even better and definitely helps keep it stable. A 25 gallon tank has its issues and the Zyme 9 helps make up for the lack of good bacteria my tank may need. I

It does not work! for aquarium water treatment

Misleading packaging as bottle says 40 gallons. I have a 29 gallon tank that I wanted to use. However, after reading the fine print on the back of the bottle, it says it's only good for 20 gallons for a new tank. Oh, good thing I didn't read all the fine print, but it still had to cycle my tank by just taking a little longer. In fact, after 3 weeks of using the whole bottle (16oz!) there was no cycle activity (I used the no fish method with ammonia which I use in all my tanks). Ammonia levels…

Fritzzyme saved my reef :-)

It definitely works. Fritzzyme saved me from a terrible situation. I delayed upgrading my reef aquarium's filtration from an old canister filter to a sump (price. uh-huh) and after postponing the monthly cleaning of the canister filter of debris and postponing the water change by 6 months, my system started to run at its peak cascade . Everything in the tank was oozing mucus and the fish began to die. I've had fish for over 6 years - longer than I've had my dog. I did water changes, but it…
