Love how easy it is to connect and use. Bought to replace a dead DVD box and it's great. The only negative that could be solved if I move it to a lower place is that sometimes the remote control doesn't activate the player.

Very disappointed with this device. We have two of these and they both have the same problem: they won't play DVDs! It's easy to set up, but out of the four discs I put in, only one played. The rest would not boot and the error message "Bad Disk" would appear. It's not because the DVDs were bad quality or scratched. I've never had good experiences with GPX products. They seem to make the most beautiful electronics at a very reasonable price, but don't expect them to last. I have owned many GPX products over the years from boomboxes, players, portable CD players to alarm clocks and now a DVD player.
