The holes are too big for regular salt.

Not bad. They look good, appear to be solidly built and are reasonably priced. But I found the holes are too big for regular grain salt. Shaking it over food creates a ton of salt—too much if you're not very careful.

Pros
  • New in my collection
Cons
  • Repair

Very practical and big

These shakers are big and very attractive. However, after filling the shaker. Trying to screw the tops back on was very, very difficult to get them to screw them on properly. After many, many attempts, I finally put them on. But using shakers is very simple and effective.

Pros
  • Finally bought
Cons
  • Long delivery time

Both nostalgic and effective.

I'm so excited! Now I have a cinnamon sugar shaker like my grandma did next to the cinnamon toast toaster! However, mine is nice and whiny, and hers has been for decades, as you may have to take her outside and kick her a bit to break her. :) Nice big pot, big holes, perfect grip.

Pros
  • An absolute legend
Cons
  • Not everything is as good as it promises

Nice clean Functional

I really like these shakers. The only thing is that the first wash leaves a black residue that needs to be wiped off again and again. I suspect that it is stainless steel particles. I have noticed this with new stainless steel products from other sources and imported from various countries such as China and India. After a thorough cleaning the first time, this issue was resolved.

Pros
  • Nice
Cons
  • Annoying

Great excavators!

I cook a lot and love shakers with big holes. They're called "diggers" and that's exactly what they do. You can add spices, salt/pepper and even powdered sugar. They can take a lot. I use mine for salt and pepper when cooking large batches of food and they are just great. I love her. You no longer have to hold the small shaker "forever" over a large pot to flavor it. It really is "Ticket!"

Pros
  • Very impressive
Cons
  • I vaguely remember

Not really a salt and pepper shaker - no letters with labels

was for salt and which was for pepper. Luckily I have an electric engraver who can fix the situation. Or if you need them for other purposes, e.g. B. as a sugar bowl or flour shaker, I think they are fine. Otherwise they look like good stainless steel and will come in handy in the kitchen.

Pros
  • One year trial period
Cons
  • Empty

We have read many reviews of other dredgers and were concerned that the top part did not fit properly and the holes were too big. Luckily for us this set is exactly what we had in mind as we grill and smoke a lot. The lids are screwed tight and will not fall off. The holes are just the right size for when you need to shake multiple times, the perfect dredge when one shake isn't enough to soak the meat. We are so pleased with this set that we have already ordered another set as we have several…

Not exactly a salt and pepper shaker - no lettering

I bought this as a salt and pepper shaker not knowing it was a generic phrase with no letters or other indicators to indicate what for Salt was destined and what pepper. Luckily I have an electric engraver who can fix the situation. Or if you need them for other purposes, e.g. B. as a sugar bowl or flour shaker, I think they are fine. Otherwise they look like good stainless steel and will come in handy in the kitchen.

Unconventional? to use but great

I was looking for something to dispense body powder because it came with a puff although it was very pretty it wasn't what I wanted. I use each of them for different powdery scents. Since too much powder came out, I took a piece of pink shiny tape, covered a couple of the top holes and trimmed the top edge. Both work great now! It was a great decision and a great purchase. Very happy with the quality. I suspect they're also great for food use, as suggested.

Pros
  • Easy to read control panel
Cons
  • There are new competitors

These shakers belong in the kitchen!

We stayed with my family and they had the same shakers in the kitchen. When we used it to spice up our dinner, my girlfriend immediately asked for it. Your cooking was already great, but now salt and pepper are distributed more efficiently. she loves them However, I will say that before buying I read a review about a black substance on the metal that was difficult to remove. Upon delivery, I immediately saw what the review was about. I believe it's the polishing in the polishing process that…
