This would be a good product if it worked as intended. If you are not careful enough, water will trickle out from below. There is no way to remove the infuser and drink as the liquid will leak out. A silicone sleeve that's said to help with hot liquids won't do the trick, and if you're drinking tea and pouring hot water in, you'll have to grip the bottle from below. I stopped using it and went back to my traditional teacup and infuser.

Upper fell apart after a few weeks of use. Thank goodness I caught that before I picked it up by the strap or the whole bottle would have hit the floor and shattered into a thousand pieces. The stainless steel lid on top is just cheaply glued to the clear plastic screw cap on the inside. I expected it to be much better built. Otherwise I had no problems with water ingress or the like. Without the hat I would have rated it a little higher.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Got it but couldn't open it. Decided I was too weak. Bought as a gift for my boyfriend and when he had trouble opening it I knew something was wrong. It is well made and looks like a quality product. However, there is a design flaw. If you're using this for real (hot) tea (not herbal tea or fruit water) you'll need to remove the tea after a few minutes of brewing (otherwise it will turn bitter if it boils over) and this isn't simply the brewer underneath and a top that the bottle (because it's small and has a handle) if you turn it upside down. I've been looking for a full glass water bottle that can also hold fruit for a long time. I have many bottles that smell like fruit plastic after a while and it's almost impossible to drink without getting the fruit in your mouth.
