Description of 🔥 Premium Hardened Temperature Resistant Makerbot: Unmatched Compatibility and Durability

Durable material: MK8 extruder nozzles are made of hardened tool steel, good abrasion resistance, heat resistance and corrosion resistance, sturdy construction makes them durable to serve you for long time, suitable for 3D printing at high temperature. Good performance: this hardened tool steel nozzle has higher toughness and hardness, not only suitable for common 1.75 mm 3D printer filaments, but also can print filaments of carbon fiber, fiberglass, etc. High precision: the inner wall of the MK8 nozzles is smooth and has no burrs, the viscosity coefficient is small, extruder nozzle diameter error less than 0.02 mm, provide you a accurate and smooth extrusion. Compatibility: these 3D printer nozzles compatible with MK8 hotend for Creality 3D printers, such as Ender-2/ Ender-3/ Ender-3 pro/ Ender-5, also compatible with Creality CR-10 all-metal hotend, Prusa i3, Anet A8, Reprap, etc. What you get: package comes with 5 pieces of black MK8 nozzles, the size is 0.4 mm, sufficient quantity to facilitate your timely replacement, achieving quality printing.

Unusable, hole sizes too small

So my very first print. No flow, just a droplet at the end of the nozzle that drags across the bed. Insert my old brass nozzle to make the seal. I was glad I didn't have to clean and reuse mine. I tried the other four with the cleaning needle that came with the 0.04 nozzle printer. TWO, didn't even go in, one went in about 2mm, the other went in about 5mm (the last one shut up for trying to use it. If it was printed for more than a few days then you know , as demanding printers, this dispersion

Great replacement. Increase print temperature 5-10 degrees

Replaced the stock nozzle after it got clogged with my Filament HTPLA. I cleaned the extruder well, as well as all the components related to the thread. Installed one of these villains and increased the temperature by 10 degrees since they are made of steel. The quality convinced me. The 3D printer prints this filament so easily I couldn't believe my eyes. It looks like it will hold up (all I use are abrasive threads because I love the added strength of these hybrid threads). Don't even ask…

Wrong size for AM products

I bought these and used them for a while but I kept getting printing problems. I tried fixing everything else and then just bought cheap (about 10x cheaper than these) standard bronze extruders and all the problems went away. I've tried printing with them at different temperatures, other troubleshooting methods, etc., but when I got new nozzles to compare, it became clear that this is NOT the size advertised or marked on the extruder itself, which many do causes problems. if this is the size…
