This is a very good monitor that meets my needs as a high definition photo shooter. What is annoying is that it has to be reset about every two weeks. What happened is that the monitor no longer recognizes the video input from my Macbook Pro. To fix this, I have to unplug the monitor's power cord, wait a few seconds, and then plug it back in. So annoying, but otherwise great. The screen goes completely black at random times. It stays black for about 3 seconds and then returns to normal.

The screen is big and bright. It's hard to imagine better. However, there are three problems: 1. Someone thought it would be great to put almost all the ports on the bottom where they aren't visible. To connect the cable, you need to remove at least half of what's on the table and then do neck exercises to see what's underneath. If you wear glasses, ask someone else to do this as you and your glasses may not fit. Every time you do this you'll wonder if anyone on the development team likes…

Great 4K monitor. The picture looks great and I haven't had any major issues using it on my 2015 MacBook Pro, 2018 Chromebook and Nintendo Switch. I don't notice any noticeable input lag when gaming on my Switch, and while the 60Hz max refresh rate might not make it ideal for PC gaming, it works great for consoles. Perfect fit for my MacBook Pro! Nice 4K display, more pixels than my old 1080p dual monitor. I love that the monitor has multiple USB ports replacing my USB hub. A cable connecting the monitor provides my laptop with audio, video and power - it's like a docking station and monitor in one. The stand is great too, tool-free assembly, tilt/swivel/height adjustment.

I am very happy that I chose this monitor. I saw this recommended on Wirecutter and have no complaints at all. It feels bright and the screen goes almost to the edge, which saves space compared to my previous 27-inch monitor. Haven't tried playing with it yet, but I'll have to see how it goes.

I've been using this monitor for three weeks now and I'm a bit disappointed with the build quality. Even if you hit the table or touch the power cord, the monitor turns off due to a loose connection between the power cord connector and the monitor. In addition, the connection to the HDMI port was very questionable. Oh, the speakers don't work when connected via USB-C

I bought two of these monitors for my wife and I to connect our MacBooks to. Both monitors stopped working at the same time, requiring a lot of research and calls to HP hoping for a fix. A computer monitor should be an easy activity. Something is clearly wrong with these units.

The monitor is great and feature rich and works great with both a Windows desktop and a Mac laptop. The specification isn't ideal for gaming, but it's fine for me. I definitely wouldn't buy another HP monitor from Revain as I can't get them to honor the manufacturer's warranty. My device stopped detecting DisplayPort inputs after about 4 months. I bought this monitor primarily for work (coding on black screens), although I sometimes use it for watching movies. This is really great with one caveat - buy an Apple Thunderbolt cable. I used it with this cable and it worked great, never dropped the connection at 60hz. Image quality is crisp and I don't notice any black light spots. It's also super adjustable and durable. Set up this monitor in January 2020 even though it was purchased in late 2018. I kept it literally brand new in the box until ready to use. The problem is that I have to constantly maneuver the display's power cord to make it work with my laptop. There is definitely a problem, be it just the power cord or the monitor itself. Not happy with it!

Good color and display. You may have to play around with the default resolution to get the expected screen image. Colors and everything great.

No complaints other than a constant high-pitched noise when the monitor is on. It increases in intensity with white images and brightness intensity. Really annoying. For this reason I return.

Great color and shades of grey. The only problem is that it doesn't wake up properly when my Mac mini goes to sleep. Thanks for attention!

I love the USB-C port! It charges my 2018 MacBook Pro 13 AND basically acts as a docking station as the monitor's USB-A ports are connected via a single USB-C cable THAT ALSO CHARGES! (I know I said it twice.)

Contrary to some previous reviews, I have excellent image clarity thanks to the included USB-C connection to my Lenovo Carbon x1. Great update, will never squint at the small screen again.
