Very good monitor, I bought it in 2007. I still have it at home and it works great! I haven't found another monitor with a better picture than this in all these years, maybe the retina display is better but I've tried LG monitors and they're not the same quality as this one.

It was a decent enough monitor for the first year. After about 13 months, the screen started to go dark after only 3 seconds. After researching this online I found that many others have had this issue and it almost always occurs around 13 months after purchase. warranty period! DO NOT BUY. Has a good picture, but the "wide" monitor means it's not very big (just a quarter inch bigger than my old 15 inch CRT). Adjusting the monitor to the correct angle on the stand was a little tricky as it looked like the stand might break. Good price and no more scrolling left and right.

I like the picture of the HP w1907 monitor, but the built-in speakers, which are behind the screen, are a clear shortcoming. I have the volume at 100% but I still have trouble hearing even when there is no background noise in the room. This is a serious issue and HP needs to fix it.

Well packaged and delivered on time. Plugged in PNP device, set resolution and auto set button works like a charm. You have to upgrade the speaker and just throw away the installation disc. This causes error codes that no one can figure out what they are. Supplied with all necessary cables. Looks good and works well.

I bought this as an upgrade for my old 17 inch Viewsonic CRT monitor. I like the dual video inputs as I can connect my Windows desktop to one and my Linux server to the other and just use the front panel menu button to switch from one. on the other hand. I bought this HP monitor and HP (Vista) computer separately. digital cable. Color fringes (color halos around letters) at native resolution. This may be due to the monitor using the MS driver and not the HP driver. Unable to update HP driver from Device Manager (Access Denied). Tried to uninstall the monitor in Device Manager. As expected, the sound is not very good. Just use separate speakers.
