I'm not a monitor expert, so I did two things before purchasing this product. Appearance and power saving, and I get more than I wanted. It looks great although the buttons should be on the side of the screen, not on the bottom but for a guy upgrading an old Compaq 15 inch CRT monitor found the W1907 to be in heaven. The sound quality of the built-in speakers is good for an office PC, but not good for home use in my opinion. .

Installation is easy down to the base. The instructions showed where it sticks and how to put it on. It reminds me of a rabbit recipe that starts with "catch the rabbit first." I was afraid of breaking the part so I didn't want to emphasize it too much. It took a lot of effort to put it all together and a bit of experimenting to figure out the technique. In a nutshell: the display is fine. Works for me with a native resolution of 1440x900. Things arrive crisp and clean. Problem? This damn thing automatically adjusts at the worst possible moment. I've counted it 12 times in the last 10 minutes. Gets old very quickly.

Wow just wow this monitor is almost 10 years old and runs at 60 fps in 1080p and overall looks great for such an old monitor.

I love this monitor. The picture is excellent. Setup is easy. Very stable on any table. All in all very recommendable. I've used it every day and it's great for those who like a lot of screen and work with things like Photoshop and other editing programs. :)

Slightly more money than I was willing to spend on a used monitor but I needed it - worked fine BUT came with a broken power button which I fixed myself.

Very nice and clear monitor at a great price; Too bad they screwed up so royally with the ability to switch monitors. When switching from DVI to VGA or vice versa, the monitor will display the new source for half a second and then turn off. The only way to get the monitor to display a new source properly is to go through the onscreen menus, set the new source as the default source, and then turn it off and on again about 10 times.
