They claim to have a 1 year warranty but you can only contact them through their website and they have not responded to my messages. I thought it might be a good tool but it's broken and can't be fixed. I should have bought something more expensive.

Fantastic tool for the price, replaced all the steel pipes in my house in one day. The hose cutting tool is perfect, didn't even know I was going to use it. I also have a ratchet cutter, but it was much quicker with the cutting tool included in this kit. The ratchet pliers are well made, the handles could be a bit longer for leverage, but for those who don't use them every day it's ok. The clamps also work perfectly with this kit without any problems. Very happy with this kit.

Used this cinch tool today to fix a hot water pex pipe that a rat had chewed through. The cutter cuts through the line very easily like butter. The cinch tool is well made, worked great but took some effort to lift. Can't fault the tool, I could buy a better ratchet but it does the job at a great price. I beat this thing to death and it still works. I'm almost at the end of a complete overhaul of my entire gray pipe trailer to PEX and these tools did it all. Crimp, cut, whatever, he's just doing his job. Now most of my work was 1/2 inch so it's lighter than 3/4 but still for the money you can't beat it. The pipe cutter is also excellent and sharpens well. I would highly recommend this set as I "knock on wood" a complete makeover with just one tool and for me those are days that are hard to…

Crimping tool and cutter worked as expected. The crimper requires the use of two hands and good, even pressure, as many others have pointed out. I was able to use about 20 connections with no problems. The PEX cutter was sharp and cut 3/4" PEX with no problems. The crimp cutter works pretty well too. I have never used PEX before. The tool crimps and cuts flawlessly. Tool and milling cutter are well made. Worked very well. I finished my little job with about 10 connections. Crimping without your arms outstretched works very well, but if you have to reach into a joint within the wall you can lose natural leverage. For two crimps I was very fortunate to be able to place one handle on the stud and use both hands to push down on the other handle as hard as I could to compress the crimp. Also…

The great thing about this tool is that it works. It comes with a decent pex cutter and a couple of staples. A crimping tool isn't the best choice, but if you're making less than half a dozen (aka six, SIX, as in 6 I say!) then it's great for all needs. Note that the tool requires you to use two hands (or a very large hand, such as a fiddler crab) to tighten the clamp.
