Worked, no problem

While some reviews were mixed, this device solved my problem. short story. Reconstruction of the family room (moving the TV above the fireplace). I didn't want the gear to be visible so all the components went to the laundry (just next door). Everything is above the basement (inside, not outside), so instead of tearing through the walls to run cables, we went down, under, and up into the laundry room. Cable length is just over 30'. I'm a tidy/organizer freak and didn't want the wires to just…

Pros
  • Integrated 5x2 Matrix: Allows switching and independent selection of one of 5 sources between 2 HDTVs. Cable TV in the living room while watching a Blu-ray movie wirelessly in the bedroom
Cons
  • poorly thought out

The product works great (except for a few glitches). would recommend.

I have been using this product for almost two months now. I have a 50" LED TV connected to the transmitter and a 75" LED TV connected to the receiver which is about 40 feet away. I have a Dish Network, Blu-ray and Xbox 360 set top box connected to the transmitter. The end result is that the product works and is very easy to install. I would recommend this product although it has a few glitches but nothing major. First, the receiver loses signal to the transmitter from time to time for no…

Pros
  • Supports Full HD 1080P uncompressed, 3D content and 5.1ch digital audio
Cons
  • Boring packaging

Not always perfect, but usually great

To be honest I've put off this review for months now because I was afraid she was dying and I couldn't give her a high rating. Not sure but it's been 9 months with no major issues so take what you will. I'd say this technology is *just* good enough to buy right now. I only use it directly in a room, no walls or anything. Primarily to use my TV as an extra monitor for my desktop. And for the most part it's perfect. When it's plugged in there's no lag or video quality issues, nothing to suggest…

Pros
  • 2 HDTV support: Delivers separate content to 2 locations simultaneously: Living room HDTV can connect to transmitters via pass-through port (local) and bedroom HDTV can receive content from the wireless receiver
Cons
  • received Only available in black

Please read the technical data carefully.

Overall I am satisfied with this product. It works well and it's quite nice to connect a TV to multiple sources with minimal cables. It wasn't quite what I expected and the specification is vague. 5x2 means there are 5 inputs. One is an older type of component video connector. It's not ancient composite video from the days of tube TV, so at least it's of decent quality. There are *not* 5 HDMI inputs. Revain's ad clearly states 5 HDMI inputs. It's just not right. I looked at the picture and saw…

Pros
  • Wireless transmission of uncompressed full HD video up to 30 m through normal house walls for 2 HDTVs. For best performance and range: Position the receiver so that there is a good line of sight between the transmitter and receiver. Do not install the sender/receiver unit behind/under a TV or other metal equipment where the radio signal could be disturbed.
Cons
  • Security
