Very Satisfiable tool and amazing customer service

The user interface is easy to use, very intuitive; there's no need for training or learning curve when you first start using it because everything works like magic! It has been great so far - I haven't found any downsides yet that could be improved upon (at least not by me). There are some minor bugs here &amp but nothing really serious as of now. We're trying out this software at our office since about 2 months ago with good results thusfar- we've had an increase traffic flow from parking…

Overall, it's an ok software but their support could be better

I like that iParq is easy to use and has a lot of features. I dislike that the customer service is not as good as other companies. I have had to call them several times to fix issues. I also dislike that the customer service is not as good as other companies. I have used iParq for several years now and have never had any issues.
