I've had it for about a month and I really like it. It works consistently with both the app and Alexa. Installation was easy too. The best feature is that it is more energy efficient than competing switches. I first bought a Leviton switch (DW15S-1BZ) and found it very warm. I bought this TP-Link switch and installed it in another room for comparison. This switch is cool to the touch. It uses some power even when the light is off, but not noticeably.
