This eyelet tool does not deserve a 1 star if used for its intended purpose ie quick simple projects where durability is not critical. I liked the product and it was delivered quickly as ordered. This is my first time using it and it's a bit clingy, but I have a shim kit. Then I noticed that about 1/4 of the jack wasn't fully installed. I thought it might be user error since it was my first try. I set a second and the same thing happened.
