With a small form factor and an unbeatable price, this is a great set of table lamps in my graphic design studio when I need to photograph a brochure or pamphlet. I have a thick smooth white blind (wall mounted) that I lower onto a table for a seamless backdrop, place these two lamps on the sides, then have a clamp lamp on a swing arm with a fluorescent bulb for fairly neutral lighting. lighting installation. This is a great product for the price. I have used them to light the background when photographing products for my business and have been pleased with their performance. I bought these lights to shoot products in a photo tent. These are some insanely bright super white LEDs! For $20 you can't go wrong. First, these aren't high-powered studio lights. The body and lens caps are made from cheap plastic, while the stand is made from flimsy steel. The lamp is heavy and looks solid. After reading some of the negative reviews on here I had lower expectations than they really deserve. These are basically flashlights on a stand, but for small lighting needs like eBay photography for small items like jewelry, they're great. This product uses 7W LED bulbs in a GU10 base as shown in the picture. Not sure if the one hour warning sticker (the warning is on the light) actually applies or is a holdover from earlier models (which I have) with halogen bulbs. The halogens got very hot (uncomfortable to touch) and I've swapped the bulbs for LEDs myself and never had any overheating issues.
