Description of 🌡️ Maxiwatt Hotend Cylinder THERMISTOR: Efficient Circular Temperature Sensor

Introducing the new Hotend for 3D FDM printers with a cylindrical shape. The Cylinder Heater by Maxiwatt has been redesigned from scratch to get better results in your 3D printers and even faster printing speeds. Compatible with PVA, PLA, ABS, Nylon, Flex, etc. filaments. It will improve your results. Aluminum Heater for 3D printers (Hotend). Cylinder Heater Core. Excellent Materials: Made of aluminum body, with a circular shape of 20.00mm diameter and 10.00mm height. For multiple variety of filaments: Compatible with filament PVA, PLA, ABS, Nilon, Flex, etc. You will get less blockade in the neck and nozzle by maintaining a more constant temperature. Constant and uniform temperatures: Our cylindrical heater distributes the heat evenly and precisely. At the same time the NTC 100K thermistor included in the interior of the block, get more accurate readings than in other systems where it is installed further away. Simple installation: The installation in your 3D printer is very simple. By default is of metrics M6 compatible with the majority of the 3D FDM domestic and professional printers such as Prusa i3. In a few seconds you can start heating the system. However, it ́s recommended, that like with any modification in your machine, perform the relevant checks.

Excellent volcano!

I've always disliked the offset heater block and heater element arrangement like all other printers. When I found this it was obvious that this was a much better design. They turn out to be just the right size to stack inside each other and use the volcano attachment! I am now putting out 80 watts of melting power with no drop in temperature. Insulation: I couldn't find silicone socks for this, so I wrapped a piece of fiberglass around the cores, which works great and lasts a lot longer…

I'm glad I found this hot end

They're really good, better than V6, MK10, Mosquito etc in my experience. Maybe only 40w but it heats up faster on than other blocks I own. with 50W or 80W cartridge heaters. I suspect it has something to do with the block having a built in annular heating element. It holds temperature better than other blocks and due to the nature of the built-in heater, it can maintain a stable hot-end temperature even when the pressure is constantly switching between different filament flow rates. I've…

The setup was difficult and ultimately unsuccessful.

I had a whole support email thread because I bought two of these to experiment with. The first worked for a while, and then it started to fail due to temperature. I replaced it with another one and it couldn't hold temperature for more than a nanosecond. I was disappointed but stayed with him. As it turned out, the problem was a tiny set screw (I have no idea what size it is, but I don't have that little allen wrench and I doubt many have). A set screw holds the tiny thermistor in the case…
