Great cage! for small animals

I bought this cage for two guinea pigs. I was a little suspicious as this is a ferret cage but it has worked great for our two guinea pigs so far. Love the fact that you can open both doors and have easy access to everything in the cage. Easy to clean, both trays are removable. I had no problems assembling it. All parts were in good condition except the bottom pan was cracked. I will be contacting the seller to see if it can be replaced in the near future as I believe this cage is covered by a…

great product and very durable

I have ordered two of these products for my two rabbits. It is very easy to assemble, but first you have to put in a little effort to make the bottom wire mesh fit all the metal feet. Otherwise very durable. It has wheels so it's easy to move around the house. After a few weeks I found that the doors were not aligned properly. I called their customer service and sent them photos of the misaligned doors. I was sent a video of how to align the doors. It still didn't work. I called them back and…

Worth the investment

I've had a couple of ferrets in my life recently and I wanted to get one of the best and most famous cages for them. Love the fact you can add a cage and easy to order replacement parts. So far I and the little ones like this cage very much. For toddlers who are only a few months old, a single bed works well, but if two of them continue to grow I would definitely recommend a double bed or larger. I've had this cage for about 2 months now and all the plastics and shelves are holding up. The…

Ferrets allowed! on Homes & Habitats

This cage was very easy to assemble. Did it myself in under an hour. It's even stronger than I expected. The cage is larger than expected in the picture. And the tube frame gives this cage Fort Knox strength. :-) My single male ferret was in a 24x18x22 collapsible dog cage. When I first put him in the Ferret Nation's cage, he danced war for 10 minutes! He then spent the next 1.30 hours running and climbing until he finally passed out in his hammock. Now he has an older cage friend and both are…

Great cage with many flaws?

If I just looked at the design of this cage I would give it 5 stars. This is a solid cage once assembled and possibly the best design on the market from what I've seen and had. However, I subtracted stars for the horrible quality control in the Midwest. However, I bought this cage with anticipation, and so should you. I will describe my experience to help future buyers. You need a rubber mallet. This is not a no-tool assembly. You may need to nail some of the details into their intended shape…

Best ferret cage, no need to look elsewhere

I too was one of those skeptical/stingy buyers as I prepared to bring the ferrets home. But in general, unless you can afford the best for your pet, you probably can't afford the future either. free roaming. This assumes you've protected ferrets throughout their range, they're potty trained, and you probably have a bell collar so they're easy to find. • On the cage, from packaging to assembly: the packaging is hard to miss. It's branded right onto the giant white box. Beware of thieving…
