Does not work. The printer cannot be used to connect to Wi-Fi. The application does not work. Direct printing fails every time. The printer goes to sleep within seconds every time you turn it on to use it. A complete waste of money.

this printer is bullshit but i think thats what i get because it squeaks the print quality is bad and it keeps going offline i spend extra money and Get a famous brand, in the end I bought another HP, and the difference between day and night

For someone with little IT knowledge, a great printer. No cloud, no dirt, it does exactly what I tell it to do and nothing else. This thing scans email using good old SMTP configuration, which is great. Also has FTP capabilities and even a local web server to set up.

Easy to set up. I've printed a lot and I'm still using half the toner. Make sure the correct paper is selected in the print settings, otherwise you will get an error message. I am 100% satisfied and recommend it to everyone. I print A LOT EVERY DAY and I can't get over how good this printer is. I could use a few more for the office. For those who have complained in other reviews: you shouldn't have a clue. You don't need to be tech savvy for this setup. just common sense.

The M29DW prints clean and crisp documents, but is a bit slow. I had to long press the power button to wake it from sleep to turn it on or off. Now it prints directly from sleep mode over the wireless network. Yes! I'm not sure how it happened, but I'm glad. Customer service was great. Some parts were missing from the installation instructions. Today I just set up my Pantum M29DW monochrome laser printer and printed out some forms and made copies. I had to scan some items to email and play around with them before setting up WiFi. It was easy to understand, but it would have been more efficient if I got English instructions. When I tried to access it it was in Chinese instead (I think). Seems to be working pretty well so far. Don't expect an intuitive setup. The box is very funny - it is written that this is a "multiplication printer" - this caused a lot of laughter. Be sure to remove any tape from the inside, especially around the toner cartridge. You don't need their app for anything. Just go to the system settings and choose the WPS option to set up your network - press the WPS button on your router or router app and it should connect - it's the easiest way. Ready to use in
