These are great shoes for easy walking and slipping.

These are great shoes to just walk around and put on for a short trip, but they cause stress on longer walks. I'm a tall guy (260lbs) so these thin soled shoes aren't usually for running and to be honest I haven't tried them but they are very light and great for summer.

    Pros
    • I love it and it fits perfectly. No idea why NB had to change them
    Cons
    • Not suitable for long-distance runs

I've owned at least half a dozen pairs of minimalist NB shoes and these feel the best to me. The new tongue and Achilles fingerboard design is great. My only complaint is that they are a bit small. I usually hear this and don't pay attention since I wear a 14, but while the toe box is wide, it's also a bit short. I have enough room not to return them, but would definitely go half a step up if you're in that size range.

    Pros
    • I love the low profile and ventilation of this shoe. I don't like the new balance price.
    Cons
    • Too small. didn't look like it in the pictures.

    My rating is too narrow

The shoes are too narrow for my foot, which is not particularly wide. I'm also a half size larger than usual but still too tight to wear

    Pros
    • The 2E width offers a roomy fit that adapts to a variety of foot shapes, making this shoe a great choice for those with wider feet.
    Cons
    • May not be suitable for people with calluses or calluses

    Arch support is different.

They replaced the arch support, which struck me as odd, and I sent it back. I had the last 4 models and they fit my feet perfectly. Now I'm looking for discontinued sizes or a brand change.

    Pros
    • Great shoes
    Cons
    • May not provide adequate cushioning for high-impact exercise

    Very comfortable and roomy shoes

Very comfortable and roomy shoes. There was little to no break-in as I immediately started using them for my runs. They are also great for lifting.

    Pros
    • These are shoes for my teenager. It's in a larger size (men's 14) and they always fit. Worth every penny.
    Cons
    • Not suitable for people with wide feet

Perfect for P90 best in my rating

I bought these for my new P90 training series and I really like them. I didn't have any foot problems that bothered me a bit in normal shoes.

    Pros
    • Great shoes for training. Really happy with the purchase.
    Cons
    • May not be suitable for people with diabetic foot

There were those three months, and they're great. There is a break-in period as they fit in terms of the odd arch support on the outside of the foot. Many have complained about the burrito's tongue, but I like that it stays in place. I use them for running and lifting weights six days a week.

    Pros
    • I use this shoe for everything including light hiking and rock climbing. Very well built.
    Cons
    • May not provide adequate breathability in hot weather.

    Comfortable, light shoes

The shoes are comfortable, light and ideal for my training. It's a bit big considering I bought the same size as most athletic shoes.

    Pros
    • Good product. Fits perfectly. Like the shoes.
    Cons
    • Not recommended for people with weak ankles

    Revainrating 4 out of 5

Almost as good as the previous version - it's worth buying

This is my third pair of MX20's. Two previous ones (both V2) were worn out. The size and comfort are the same. The only thing I didn't like was the replacement of the independent tongue with one that wraps around on the side. Note that these are really minimalist shoes. If you need ankle support, please buy another model.

    Pros
    • Thanks!
    Cons
    • May not provide adequate arch support for those with high arches.

Hello, just returning home, supposedly delivered by .

Hey I'm on my way home, men's shoes and a New Balance t-shirt supposedly delivered 45 minutes ago. But I don't see anything wrong

    Pros
    • The combination of bright blue, dark denim and light color is eye-catching and fashionable, making this shoe a great fashion accessory.
    Cons
    • May not be suitable for people with Morton's Neuroma.

    Minimus is not a minimalist

I was looking for "minimalist" shoes that I can walk barefoot in. Coming from the Merrell Vapor Glove 2, I found the NB MX20V6 felt more like a regular athletic shoe than barefoot. Don't get me wrong, this shoe falls somewhere between an average athletic shoe and the true barefoot experience. The. What I particularly disliked about the NB MX20V6 is: Arch support: It has this hard cleat in the arch, it's not even a comfortable cleat, maybe smaller than a regular athletic shoe, but it's still…

    Pros
    • Great shoes! light weight and works great for weightlifting and running.
    Cons
    • May not be suitable for people with plantar fasciitis.

Shoes are not comfortable at all

The shoes are not comfortable at all. I understand they're called Minimus for some reason, but there's no support and you can only pick them up and walk short distances. I wouldn't do CrossFit in these shoes.

    Pros
    • Lightweight Construction: Weighing just 6.5 ounces, these shoes won't weigh you down, making them perfect for extended wear.
    Cons
    • May not be suitable for people with metatarsalgia

but it got better. Maybe it was necessity.

I actually prefer the Vibrams Five Fingers (after finally finding the right size). But I use them in the gym because they protect my toes better, but they are not afraid of shoes. The only problem was that the arch seemed too tall and the width too narrow, but it got better. Maybe that was because it needed to be broken up a bit. As with all minimalist shoes, there are fewer mistakes when choosing the right size. For regular shoes, you can alleviate some sizing issues by tightening them or…

    Pros
    • This is a good cross trainer.
    Cons
    • May not provide adequate traction on slippery surfaces.

Returned. The fit seems good until I get up and try to walk (rumor has it people do that with shoes from time to time). Yes, it offers a "locked" fit, but so "locked" that I can't comfortably flex my foot through my normal range of motion. There's a reason the shoe's tongue design hasn't changed much (materials aside). , and maybe that little shoelace tongue in the middle) since the invention of shoelaces. In my opinion, "burrito language" belongs in the same category of "innovation" as New…

    Pros
    • I love the shoes, the language is a bit strange but these are great training shoes, use them for lifting weights and for carrying.
    Cons
    • May not provide enough support for lateral movements

    Unique design and comfort level

Great shoe, toe extension for big toe = extra comfort. Although the sole is thinner and the heel is lower, it is very comfortable to wear all day long. The Burrito lacing system is different but highly adjustable, adds fit. This is my second pair but the first with V6 design. Haven't done long runs but expect to perform well

    Pros
    • The upper is made of mesh and synthetic materials that allow air to circulate, keeping your feet cool and dry.
    Cons
    • May not be suitable for people with hip bursitis.

Let's get back to the minimus we were looking for.

This is a return to the great New Balance Minimus they started with. Super grip on the ground and perfect fit. Ideal for everything to do with CrossFit, so for everything. Even better is the new tongue design: it doesn't slip sideways, but is easy to put on.

    Pros
    • My favorite shoes!. Light weight and good fit.
    Cons
    • May not provide enough cushioning for outdoor activities

Get used to the arched hump - no big deal

Other reviews note an unusual arch hump in these shoes. I've never seen this in a shoe and wonder what it's for - it should be in the product description. I think it's important to try them on before you buy. I haven't worn this shoe for a few months now and can say that arch bumps are not a problem for me. I just got used to it and don't notice it. I love these shoes.

    Pros
    • Light and comfortable.
    Cons
    • The top can easily tear with frequent use.

    Revainrating 5 out of 5

Doubt the new minimal style but loved them

Great for running, walking or just looking stylish and comfortable. IF you decide to wear them casual, buy a second pair. Flowing smelly sweat does not escape from the material. This is my only issue with my Minimus running pair. They smell! But very few running shoes do a good job with this problem. As I said, but a second one for everyday use.

    Pros
    • Great shoes for crossfit.
    Cons
    • Electric Blue may not be suitable for the workplace

    Revainrating 3 out of 5

Great shoes but the style takes some getting used to.

They are great shoes but my first shoe in this style from Minimus (or Vibram etc) and I don't think I've fully adapted to them. I ended up going back to traditional New Balance shoes for my training and will try to adjust to the basics with something less demanding like an evening walk.

    Pros
    • Great shoes for pretty much anything. Very convenient.
    Cons
    • Not very durable.

    Revainrating 5 out of 5

    Very satisfied. in my opinion

I am very happy with it. Overall, they exceeded my expectations. My only comment is that they appear to be about 1/2 size longer than advertised. I use them for crossfit and weightlifting and they are perfect for that.

    Pros
    • Great shoes so far.
    Cons
    • Not recommended for people with bursitis
