Standard NGK Spark Plug BPMR6A

Worked great - Clearance pre fitted to fix the clearance - I am in the process of converting all my gas powered equipment to NGK and couldn't be happier with the performance

Pros
  • You can count on NGK quality and reliability
Cons
  • Expensive Insurance

Use exact replacement

Exactly as stated. I decided to replace the spark plug in my blower because it had starting problems too often. I bought something from an auto parts store that said it was a decent replacement for this model. It worked but the blower started smoking after about 10 minutes of use. I unplugged it (ha!) and replaced it with this one. It started right away and worked without any issues and worked flawlessly the whole time.

Pros
  • Made of durable material
Cons
  • No paint required

Inexpensive. The Best in Spark Plugs and Wires

I foul spark plugs in 2-stroke engines so I buy a few and keep them ready to fit my snow thrower. Not a fancy brass tip or anything, but does the job. Simply check the clearance against your engine's specs and adjust after proper adjustment. The price is very competitive. It pays to just put in a new one at the start of each season. I have a 22 year old toro ccr2000 single stage 2 stroke electric starter and it always starts with these plugs for the first half of the season for the first timeโ€ฆ

Pros
  • 99% Aluminum Silicate Insulators
Cons
  • Questionable Purchase for the Elderly
