This is the best. We love it, it's easy and functional to use and set up. My 6 year old loves filling cups with water and I love reducing waste. One piece of advice I can give you is to leave the lid on the water and run a straw all the way through the lid to make sure the spout is snug.

I didn't expect it to be so LOUD. My ears actually hurt as I filled the pitcher from my trusty 3 gallon water bottle. It also took a long time because not much came out. The weighted tube is a nice feature. I'll probably send it back though. I don't see myself doing it that often because it's so damn loud.

I love the style of this pump. The light that comes on when you press the button is a very nice bonus. It was easy to set up and sits nicely on my 3 gallon water bottle. The water flows very quickly. I wish it was a little quieter as it is used in the bedroom. It's not as loud as a blender, more like an electric can opener. In general I am satisfied.

I liked my choice of this little pump and the fact that it has a blue LED light that lights up when you press the start button. However, this pump has a mind of its own and has chosen not to pump water when the lights come on. This only worked for 2 jars which I filled after having to hit the pump on the rim of the 5 gallon bottle I was sipping from. Then it stopped completely. I seriously question the manufacturers' quality control

After unpacking, I plugged it into an outlet according to the instructions to fully charge the battery. It took almost 8 hours for the red light to stop flashing, indicating it was finally charged. Love the water jug pump. It was very easy to charge and use. Some people complain about the volume. Not loud for me, you only use it to refill your container, mug or bottle. Works well. We have 5 gallons on our countertop with this pump. The kit comes with a silicone hose. The pump just sits on top, so it's not bolted or attached in any way. It's reliable enough, I never worry about knocking it over when I take water, but if I leave it on the floor, I worry my toddler or big dog knocking it over.
