Great Customer Service!

The first case I got I did not know was covering the proximity sensor on my oneplus 9 pro 5g. They sent me an email saying this and that they would send me a replacement! I hadn't even complained to them at all. The case feels good in the hand and doesn't get snagged on anything!

Nice Case but has a flaw.

I really like the feel and look of the case. It feels sturdy and appears it will protect my phone fairly well. Biggest flaw is that too much of the case covers the top of the phone and activates the pocket mode on the Oneplus 9 Pro.Update: Poetic reached out to me through Best Buy addressing the known issue of triggering the pocket mode and sent me a replacement that works great so far and looks good!

Right side ?: my feedback

I like the case very much it's the second one i buy for my OnePlus phones. But i noticed that the cut out from the top of the phone case is more to the right side than it is suppose to be more towards the middle. It just looks funny seeing more to the right side instead of the middle where the top speaker is at

Poetic Aims to Please. I Appreciate that 👍🏾

Just wanted to Shout out Poetic. It's not very often that a company goes the extra mile. Some of the early shipped cases had a small design flaw that affected the pocket mode of the phone. Poetic notified me through Best Buy then sent me a new case that works perfectly!
