Received the lamps today. The first didn't work. The other three worked. I saw that the first one had some extra metal on the small side panel. I filed it down slightly so it was flush with the rest of the bulb and it worked. I noticed this because the bulb didn't screw straight in and seemed to tilt. I used these bulbs to replace a burned out fan bulb. The fit and brightness were perfect for the bulb I was replacing. After a few months of daily use, I put my fan on Away Mode (in which the lights randomly turn off during the day/night to simulate someone being home) for a weekend trip. I ordered these bulbs in a pack of four and they arrived well packaged and earlier than expected but when I opened the box I found that one of them had jumped.
