    Breaks for no reason!

    These cute little windows were easy to install and looked great. Unfortunately after a few months both windows broke with no effect or for any apparent reason which was amazing! I have no idea what could be causing this. One was even on the inner wall. The support team was unhelpful and didn't explain how this could happen. They just referred us to Revain for a replacement. However, once the return window has closed, Revain support will no longer be available. We installed a total of nine…

    Good windows at a fair price

    I replaced two original basement windows with Park Ridge windows. The old windows had rusty/rotten frames and were single. Doesn't matter! The new vinyl windows were not that difficult to install and are much better than the old ones. They look good and offer a lot more security than the old ones.     Glass accidentally cracked/broken two weeks after installation

    Fairly easy installation except no pre-drilled holes and no screws in scope of delivery were included. Package. However, I found it to be a fairly simple and straight forward setup. There was no problem installing it straight and properly without hangers and the window opened and closed very well. Everything was great until a few weeks later.     Price outweighs quality

    Overall I am impressed with the quality and price of these windows. The windows arrived in excellent packaging/upholstery. Each window (I bought 3 in total) was individually boxed and sealed with strong bubble wrap to protect the ends that come in contact with the edges of the box. To seal the edges, I haven't felt a draft through the windows even on the cold nights we've had so far. The windows appear to be well made.
