Just got it in the mail and on the first day of use my dog decided to stop barking when he heard the beep. Haven't vibrated yet.

Not suitable for small dogs unless you want something really bulky for your dog. It says it works with dogs 6 pounds and over, I wouldn't use it for dogs under 10 or 15 pounds. It's well made but this case has a shipping clip and it's easy to tell when it breaks. Otherwise yes, I would recommend it to anyone who has a medium to large sized dog.
