Bought this for the battery life. We did a 2 week dry camping trip and needed it for the heat at night. When I plugged it in the first time I got it it was 100% charged so it was ready for our ride. It worked great on our first night, on the second night it was fine but I saw it was at 50%. On the 3rd night the heat was unbearable and he died at 1am. I charged ALL DAY on day 4 and the charge never went over 50%. Expected more, disappointed.

Bought this for my wife when we go camping and she loves it! We have a tent on a truck and when it's warm/hot outside she loves the air movement inside the tent and it worked. Light enough to hang from a loop at the top of the tent just above the side of the tent. I liked it so much we will be buying another one for my site! It's pretty quiet too. Charging takes a long time. Didn't have to charge. Used several nights at minimal level. Very satisfied with the product.

DO NOT BUY! This will die later, I've only used it at work for my work truck and the battery continued to die after I bought a set of 3 chargers and they all stopped working after trying to charge this! VERY solid construction. Feels pretty solid and well made. Works well with the infinite speed switch that gives you endless speed options. The light feels comfortable although I won't be using it often. If you use it for camping, that might be a different story. A hook under the base allows you to hang it in a tent, for example. I haven't tested the fan yet, but it looks like it will work for my purposes.
