PRS3020 Featherboard Replace Compatible Tablesaws Review

Kreg. Really can't tell the difference. I felt a little guilty after receiving them because I can't stand Chinese companies counterfeiting products designed in America.

The gussets are not wide enough for a snug fit. My table saw has standard 3/8x3/4 angled slots. When I first assembled this, the angled inserts had a lot of play. I tightened the knob that expands the inserts, but after tightening them all the way, the pinboard was still easy to move. The pegboard itself is strong and sturdy and I would really like to work with it. I'm returning now

Tightening the T-bolt/knob will expand the miter hasp to engage the angled slot. There is an extension but not enough for the corner slots in my DeWalt table saw. This allows the pen board to simply slide freely. The peg board looks ok but I need to buy another corner molding that actually fits my gear. I would recommend buying another product with aluminum hardware for a large extension corner lock.

The perforated panels themselves are of excellent quality, very strong and close to the fence. As many others have said, angled wedges do not fit directly into a standard slot (I have a Bosch 4100 table saw). I have ordered some corner locks from another company but have since found a solution that may be permanent. I put two layers of masking tape on each side of the wedge where it meets the angled slot and tightened just enough to work well. repair a brand new product to make it work…
