A practical product, nothing to complain about.

Generally satisfied. The sound is certainly better than in the steel series syberia. They served faithfully for 6 years. I hope I didn't make a mistake with the choice.

Pros
  • - materials and assembly at a good level. Nice plastic. The ear cushions are not sure that they are made of genuine leather (definitely not nappa), but it feels nice - nice backlight (can be turned off, pulsation mode) color only green - excellent quality microphone. Compare with condenser with Ali, the sound is clearly better in the raiser - adjustment under the head is sufficient, but the range is average - 7.1 surround sound really works. Depending on the rotation of the head, the sound comes from different directions.
Cons
  • - in such headphones it will definitely be hot, especially in summer. Ears and whiskey will sweat - the main disadvantage is the lack of a 3.5mm jack. I understand that this is a usb headset, and the backlight is powered by it, but an additional connector would not be superfluous, I would use them on a switch. - a little strange angle of inclination of the ear pads, not very comfortable

Average quality, not a great product.

The overall impression in terms of sound, microphone and comfort is good, but they are overshadowed by the quality of the plastic, which is still flimsy.

Pros
  • Personally for me 1) Sound decent 2) The microphone is decent 3) Soft and pleasant ear pads
Cons
  • The most important thing is the quality of the plastic, after 5 months the arc cracked, it is impossible to find spare parts. Not a warranty case, and most importantly, with careful use, the arc cracked when the headset was on the head .

Some minuses and no pluses, do not buy.

After 8 months of use, the headphones simply bent (headband area, where the head cushion ends), despite the fact that I used them as carefully as possible, I wanted them to work for a long time. The bend itself appeared for no reason at all, there is a suspicion that this happened when you put the headphones sideways. In my opinion, this is a 100% factory defect (if you can call it that). The fact is that I'm not the only one, I read foreign reviews, basically everyone has the same problem…

Pros
  • -Sound -The weight -Comfortable
Cons
  • - Poor quality materials. When you take them for the first time in your hands, there is a feeling that they are very flimsy, unfortunately I was right.

Not at all what I expected.Terrible!

It is worth remembering that this is a subjective opinion. -Quiet microphone. I had to adjust the microphone gain in Windows. - The microphone is not flexible enough, it is inconvenient to adjust and completely impossible to remove. -After a few months of using the headset, the soft headband peeled off and the foam came out. Strange engineering and design decision Judging by other reviews, it is likely that the plastic arc will break, so it is better to opt for a headset on a metal arc. I…

Pros
  • Nice visual and tactile design Liked the sound quality Package The presence of software 7.1, which is a dubious merit Good noise isolation, apparently due to thick ear cushions Good quality long cable
Cons
  • -Poor build quality - Inconvenient microphone design. -Poor arc design - Ears sweat - After a few hours, there is discomfort due to physical pressure on the head

Terrible product, not happy with the purchase!

The headphones are nice, but the darling will break after a few months, and then all of the benefits will be rendered null and void. A WASTE OF DENGUE if the bezel is not immediately glued over the jewel or some other form of reinforcement is not applied. In a few words, plastic is brittle junk and a complete waste of time.

Pros
  • The sound, the convenience, the quality of the microphone, and the sound
Cons
  • At three months, the daughter had a number of cracks and was broken on the top.

To set up 7.1 sound, registering and creating an account is possible only on one PC or laptop. Mandatory programs for setting up sound RazerSynapseInstaller, Web_Razer_Synapse, RazerSurroundInstaller somehow need to be "connected" with each other by version. I am sure for a knowledgeable consumer, this process will be absolutely labor-intensive. Has pros: They sit very comfortably on the head. Ears in their "houses" feel great. The external noise of the planet Earth is almost inaudible. The…

Money to nowhere, poor quality of the goods.

A few years after an extremely negative experience with an expensive mouse from this company, I decided to give the brand a second chance. After three months of use, at first it cracked, and then the darling of the headband crumbled. Headphones never dropped, used carefully. I will never buy anything from this brand again and do not recommend this overpriced product.

Pros
  • In general, I liked the way they sit. Nice soft leatherette ear pads. More or less acceptable sound.
Cons
  • Weak microphone sensitivity. Ill-conceived design. Very cheap and brittle plastic.

Revainrating 2 out of 5

The purchase did not bring joy, the product is bad.

The headphones were in operation for a little less than a year, did not drop, did not throw. Cons, I'll start in order: -Surround sound 7.1 - it just didn't work for me. 2 times reinstalled the software, all according to the instructions. As a result, I got a surround sound tab in the output sources, but I didn’t play system sounds, and when I tried to turn on any audio content in the browser, there was either deathly silence or the browser hung tightly; -After half a year of operation…

Pros
  • -Good sound; - Comfortably sit, do not put pressure on the head, the ears do not get tired even if you sit in the headphones for more than 2 hours; -Good soundproofing
Cons
  • See comment

The product is really good, Im glad I bought it.

In general, good gaming headphones for their money, music lovers should bypass. I have not encountered low-quality plastic yet, in use for 2 months. With its pros. Good sound quality in games, you can hear from which side they walk / shoot Completely isolated from the outside world Ears do not sweat, as many wrote Good microphone, interlocutors do not complain Cons below: Terrible quality, if you listen to music, I have not heard a more cardboard sound, although I am not a music lover (even…

A normal product, however, does not fully match the description.

Before buying, it is better to first find an opportunity to listen to them. The sound is very strange, the bass is cut, the middle is protruded. The general feeling is like from a barrel, the sound is empty. Don't expect a powerful shotgun bang and goosebumps music. But the environment is conveyed well. That is, for an amateur, I did not like it, I will take others.

Pros
  • Lightweight, comfortable.
Cons
  • Sound. Not worth their money.

Revainrating 1 out of 5

I'm disappointed with my purchase, products are no good.

The headphones are cool, but the darling will break in a couple of months and all the advantages come to naught. A WASTE OF DENGUE if you don't immediately glue the bezel over the darling or somehow reinforce it. In short, nonsense, plastic is fragile rubbish!

Pros
  • Sound, convenience, microphone quality, good sound
Cons
  • DAUGHTER BROKEN ON THE TOP and a bunch of cracks began after 3 months.

I will duplicate the comment from my review of HyperX Cloud Alpha: So the story is this: there are no-name working headphones from the molecula company, which I bought for 700 5 years ago. They have an average sound and the same microphone. And recently I was given a Razer Kraken X. At first glance, everything is pretty good, until a friend and I decided to play. Almost immediately, he noticed: all the sounds from my game were transmitted to him, which was very annoying. After spending the…

Pros
  • - although completely plastic, but assembled well - a good microphone, if not for one BUT - sound for an amateur, but it seems not bad for a gaming headset (it seemed to me that the emphasis was more on high, not bass, as many write)
Cons
  • - in the kit there is a piece of paper with a long code to activate the great and incredible 7.1 (marketers really tried) In fact: the sound of course really becomes voluminous, but in the game I just got lost because of this. Shots and footsteps are heard from all sides and it is difficult to determine how far they are. As a result, everything turns into some kind of cacophony. I liked it more with the usual 2.0. Although the effect may be more pleasant in films - the sounds of the system (games, movies, music, etc.) are transmitted to the interlocutor

I recommend to buy, the product is of high quality.

The quality of sound and microphone corresponds to the cost of the headset. Overall, not bad, but not sennheiser either. In general, if they last a couple of years, then it’s quite a suitable headset. Regarding plastic - I saw a couple of reviews that the plastic is bad and breaks. I have been using them for a couple of months so far, once I accidentally sat on them. The plastic held up. Huh, maybe I'm just lucky

Pros
  • Pretty light, after Hyper X so generally airy. The volume control and the on / off microphone button on the headphones are a very useful thing. Unfortunately, not many manufacturers understand this. A long cable allows you to move away from the computer without removing the headset for a couple of meters.
Cons
  • There are no headphone and microphone icons on the jeck connectors. If you are forced to periodically connect the headset to another device, you will have to constantly guess, this is downright annoying. It would seem a very simple thing - draw or somehow designate which input is for micro and which is for headphones. But it looks like Razer designers are busy developing another useless RGB on mouse pads. By the way, the cable itself does not look durable. The fabric braid, as on Razer wired mice, is absent here. So if you have an angry cat who loves to chew on wires, then consider buying something more reliable.

Not a bad buy, well worth the money.

The first time I used it, I was shocked, I did not expect to hear such a quality . My first thought was to do anything to fix it, otherwise I would have to return it. There was a 7.1 card in the box, I thought - I should try it, maybe it will be better. (In games, theoretically, everything should be more pleasant with such a sound and clearer, in films too). I downloaded the application, without looking at first I turned on the trial version. I climbed into the equalizer, set everything up, and

Pros
  • - Lungs - 3.5 - Good microphone - With THX, with the settings through the equalizer, the sound is wonderful in them! - There is a volume control, which is convenient for me.
Cons
  • - It is impossible to use without THX, the sound is like from headphones that are not attached to the ears. No bass, with creaky mids (in my ear anyway) - THX cannot be bought in 2022. Get out to get around it however you want. - If the volume is too low, the right speaker is muted.

Revainrating 1 out of 5

poor quality, short lifespan only 2 months

Not durable. The cable came loose from the volume knob. The saddest thing happened just two months after purchase and no violence was used. Will definitely not buy this product and will not recommend it.

Pros
  • Excellent for me
Cons
  • There are cons

It's very cute and comfortable

I love it so much! The microphone works great! I use it for online tutorials, cosplay and to look cute! The backlight works really great! The app works great too! The sound sounds fantastic! I just wish he had a chance when I travel.

Pros
  • Sturdy finish
Cons
  • Quick start guide

Revainrating 4 out of 5

Don't hesitate, buy them!

These headphones are amazing. They are very cute, girly and block out all background noise. My husband keeps trying to talk to me while they're on me and I can't hear a word he's saying haha. If you are very girly or just want to make your gaming/computer station girly I suggest getting some cat ears to clip on top of your headphones. I love these headphones and will buy all proper Razer products :D

Pros
  • Decent performance
Cons
  • Almost everything is fine

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Terrible customer service. Choose Turtle Beach, SteelSeries or Astro.

The day I opened the product, I tripped over a cable and ripped the cable out of my computer. and they told me they would contact me in 72 hours. Well it's been two weeks and the reply was; "You can buy a new cable, but you must send a video of what happened." I will never buy from Razer again and I will recommend to my family, friends and you good people never to buy from Razer.

Pros
  • Everything is fine!
Cons
  • Long delivery time

Revainrating 4 out of 5

Comfort and great sound

My last set of headphones was the Hyper X Cloud 2. The Hyper X Cloud 2 was a great, comfortable headset, don't get me wrong. The problem was that the cable broke and the microphone stopped working. I can honestly say that the Razer Kraken 2019 is not only $20.00 cheaper than my old set, it's also more comfortable. I was pleasantly surprised that they sounded even better. I like that the mic is retractable and there is a volume control on the cord. For me this headset is a no-brainer, best buy…

Pros
  • All-day comfort: Oval cooling gel pads prevent overheating and pressure build-up
Cons
  • Expensive

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Great, but the volume controls are poorly designed

I use them with PS4 and I'm happy with them, although I have to admit they're the best few "gaming" headphones I've ever used, so I really have no idea if they're better or worse than the competition. I have a Razer Blade Pro laptop which is the best laptop I have ever owned (including a MacBook Pro) so I chose it almost entirely based on my very positive experience with Razer products in the past. In terms of comfort, I would definitely give it 5 stars. They are very light and "cool" in the…

Pros
  • Light and strong: the bauxite aluminum Kraken frame is flexible and durable
Cons
  • Legacy model
