They have very little stickiness compared to the ones that came with my grinder and other replacement pads I bought at the hardware store. Now I'm back at the hardware store because I'm tired of chasing sandpaper around the room while it keeps flying off the sander.

You can buy a single from a seller for $11 or. You can order two from another seller for $10. I thought two for the price of ten was the best of the best. All joking aside, "Details, Bob, just details." For now. Ordered for Ryobi - fits Ryobi.

They do not work as is but will work with slight modifications. They have 1 1/4" holes above the hole and 1 3/4" in the middle. 315-27980 is 1 1/8" in diameter and 1 5/8" at center. A round file and 5 minutes will fix the problem and make it usable

These sanding pads fit the Harbor Freight 8-Hole Orbital Sander and are actually better than the original. However, you need to modify them a bit, which is quite easy. The four screw holes on the new block lined up perfectly. But the original pad has 4 holes drilled on the back to match the 4 grooves on the sander. All you have to do is mark the location of those extra 4 holes using the old block as a template and drill them.

wish I could give negative stars. After arriving 3 days late (only 5 days for a Prime order) I received this product. The description says it fits the Ridgid R2601 I have, the holes don't match up (photo attached) and after altering the holes (drilling with a drill) I installed the gasket and found that the Outer diameter of inner surface of block not countersunk to allow free rotation of block. While it fits the Royobi Sander perfectly, it is totally incompatible with the Ridgid R2601 as…
