Very good quality vise

Excellent vise for small jobs. Its size allows me to do about 90% of what I want to do in my garage workshop. From time to time I find a space that is too big. With the multi-purpose jaws from Bessey, you can work on small pieces of wood without damaging the workpiece. I installed my Fox on the 2x6x18 inch end. a good quality piece of wood (probably 18 inches). This allows me to clamp a vise in one of the vises for my woodworking table top. That and a 1/8 inch piece of protective board to cover

This vise was bought to replace my old ones and these vises are good quality and won't break the bank. It's accurate, has a good finish and a decent cast. I don't use it for heavy metal work, I don't think it's made for that. It has good clip width and length. This vise is also not as tall as my old ones, which I like a lot because I have a tool rack on my wall and sometimes I need to reach the vise. The true color of the vise is actually dark blue, not the baby blue in the picture. Dark blue…

Don't unscrew these vises to the end - they won't backtrack!

After looking at all the vises, I wanted them to be strong and last a long time. I've read reviews about it and there was some concern that you can't close the vise when you open it, which didn't really bother me until it happened. The vise arrived 3 days ago and I immediately installed it on my workbench knowing I would be using it this weekend. My son saw them and said he was playing with them and actually opened them all the way and YES it's true you can't force him to close the fuse. I…
