Half the price of the parts dealer.

Half price in the parts store. It wasn't a problem so money was spent that we don't need. The product was easy to disassemble and install.

Pros
  • The best in its niche
Cons
  • Slightly torn

Traffic lights stay on.

Simple and economical solution. The brake lights stayed on when the brake pedal was removed. Ten minutes of installation and the problem is solved. You can find good installation videos on YouTube.

Pros
  • Very good value for money
Cons
  • High price

You get what you pay for

It fits my car perfectly and was easy to install. What worries me is that it is very cheaply made and seems very fragile. I'm not sure how durable it will be in the long run.

Pros
  • New
Cons
  • Not the best

Buyer beware of spare parts

Does not work. Something was wrong. I had to go to o'Reillys and buy one for about $5 more. This one was garbage. Contact your local auto parts store first. Buyer Warning.

Pros
  • Absolute legend
Cons
  • There are new competitors

It makes a great OEM replacement for a 2003 Dodge Ram 1500

Seems to be a great replacement for the OEM switch on my 2003 Dodge Ram 1500 SLT. It comes with *decent* instructions. dashboard and look up at the top of the brake pedal. He was attacked at the temple. Unscrew the old one, disconnect it. If you don't follow the instructions and screw it up, you may have to buy another one. They can ONLY be configured/installed ONCE (they say). It's so easy even a caveman could do it.

Pros
  • Easy to read control panel
Cons
  • Older model

Clockwise Counter-Clockwise - Do not touch the small black switch

For 2008 Jeep Liberty. Struggled with the instructions - to remove the old switch, the instructions say to turn it 30' counter clockwise, tried several times, wouldn't budge. I then tried turning it clockwise and it came off easily. From the driver's perspective, you must turn the switch clockwise to remove, not counterclockwise. Also, do not rotate the small black lever on the back of the new derailleur until it is fully seated without depressing the brake pedal.

Pros
  • Comfortable
Cons
  • Long Lead Time

Meets all requirements, however. Best in Brake Light

It fits and fixes the problem I had with the brake lights left alone. My only concern/complaint is that the support arms (those little pieces of plastic near the butt) look flimsy. I had to use more force than I was comfortable to get it into position. I thought he was going to throw up, but he ended up rolling over and sitting up properly. Installation steps: 1) Remove the clip/harness from the old sensor (you need to move the orange slider and then pull it out). 2) Turn the old sensor…

Pros
  • Sleek design
Cons
  • Some cons
