This 16 port KVM switch was much more secure as it recently helped my team set up 45U servers. Auto-discovery gives priority to the host/server that last connected to the network. The only downside might be the fact that it's USB 2.0 + VGA and not USB 3.0/3.1 + DVI, which is irrelevant to my server configuration needs.
