Comfortable sun blocking sleeves!

Even with long sleeves, the sun was making this fair-skinned golfer's arms break out with itching red sores. These UPF50 sleeves have completely solved my sun problems, and my arms have completely healed. For over 5 years I have been using a steroidal cream from my Dermatologist. I can't wait to tell him that I've found the fix!

Pros
  • Feels good
Cons
  • Inconsistent sizing between the three pairs

These work well for my opinion

Please don't wash them in the washing machine, I did and while one of them survived, I can't even find the other one. These are VERY thin intentionally, they do a great job of keeping the sun off without nasty sunscreen. I use them for commuting by bicycle in the Florida heat. Tip for bicycling, wet them after you put them on the wind will dry them out and it's very cooling, a lot better than riding without them. They are moisture wicking, so it takes a few minutes to actually get water into…

Updated Review: Cool Arms!

Gardening in Hawaii's afternoon sun has been hot (my daughter's nap time) and I needed a way to keep my arms cool. Looked for the cheapest pair of UV sleeves with decent reviews and came across these. The good news - the white and brown ones do keep my arms cool! I love wearing these and will be buying another set when they wear out. Was surprised they're made in Korea and they come in neat plastic packaging; useless, but appreciate good packaging.Downsides - they're tight. I'm 130lbs and…

Wore this almost all of summer 2018

I work outdoors. Originally, I got another brand of arm sleeves in white that was much thicker than these. The white ones stained horribly (despite careful nightly handwashing) and wouldn't stay up on my arm. Not wanting to go back to a regime of yet more sun tan lotion, I picked up these. After a season of wearing them this is what I found: they stay up on my arms, no problem. They can make my arms itch after awhile, I take them off as soon as I get out of work/the sun. They do get snags and…

for smaller arms - my new review

these are ok. I work outdoors. they didn't hold up on one regular washing. also, these are most comfortable for smaller/thinner arms. if you work out, are tall/larger, they are very tight fitting.and amazon won't let me upload my photo, but its of the sleeves I washed with 20 ft of threading all over the place. quality is questionable.

Pros
  • Versatile and can be used for various activities
Cons
  • May not be suitable for those with larger triceps

Works great! good for me

These sleeves fit my arms just fine. They stayed in place while I worked for several hours. They did not slip or bunch up. They kept my arms cool and free of sweat. After wearing them several hours a day for a week, they are still in good condition. They have not lost shape, stretched, or snagged on anything. I have more expensive sleeves from other manufacturers, but these have been the best so far.

Pros
  • Easy to wear and adjust for a comfortable fit
Cons
  • May not be suitable for those with highly active sweat glands

Brachioradial Pruritis Relief!

I have supper itchy arms all summer long. Ice packs are the only thing that stops the itch, but the problem is that you have to sit and hold an ice pack on. With these you can put an ice pack or ice cube underneath or wear them damp and it really helps stop itching skin. Also they are not hot! A lot of times I need to keep my arms covered and long sleeve shirts just feel so hot. These feel cool and comfortable. Definitely recommend. Most helpful thing I’ve found in many years. So grateful for…

Excellent Sleeves for Playing Golf

I purchased these to play golf in. I live in South Texas where the Summers are hot. I am tall with long arms and these sleeves are long enough for me, they cover my wrists, and they do not fall down. They are snug but that is not a problem. I also keep ice water in the cooler on my golf cart and use that on the sleeves to help the cooling process. I do wash the sleeves in the washer with it set on delicate cycle and dry them in a dryer set on low and have not had any problems with them falling…

Pros
  • Ideal for those who live in sunny climates
Cons
  • May not be suitable for those with sensory issues

Would be good if they didn’t roll down

They feel like women’s leggings material. They roll down your arms really easily. Material is easy to snag. They’re either too thin or too tight to stay where you want them. You almost have to have sticky sunscreen or lotion for them to stick in place at the top.

Pros
  • Perfect for any outdoor activity
Cons
  • May not provide sufficient breathability during intense activity

Not for big guys best in my review

I bought the 3 pack in hopes of sending these off to summer camp with my husband and teenager, and to have a set for myself in the car. Since these marked for men and women, I hoped they would fit him, but they didn't. They even seem a little snug for men and I'm an average sized woman, but maybe I need to get used to them. That being said I'm pretty sure they will fit just fine on my teenager.

Pros
  • I love these UV sleeves! They are comfortable (even when wet), dry quickly, and arrived fast.
Cons
  • Sleeves may not provide enough protection from the sun's harmful rays

Very nice quality: my feedback

I've been wearing arm sleeve protectors for years. This was my first time buying this brand. I am impressed by the quality and construction. The material on so many arm sleeves is so thin and flimsy. These have very nice material. And I love the color selection!

Pros
  • Perfect for those with sensitive skin
Cons
  • May not be suitable for those with larger wrists

Does a great job 👍🏼

I hesitated to purchase these @ first but then said I’ll try it 🤷🏻‍♂️. Well three weeks later, I’m really glad that I did. They are thin, have some cooling effect but most important they block out the sun. The top of my hands are darker than my arms now so it’s definitely blocking sun. I wasn’t convinced it would have a cooling effect till I tried them on, yes there is some cooling effect. Just be careful, they are thin and can snag on stuff. I’m definitely going to buy more.

Wish I had used them sooner.

I bought these to take to a four day golf outing here in blazing hot and humid central Florida. The 1st day I used sun screen. I wish I had gone ahead and wore these instead. Fit comfortably, no movement restriction. The best thing was the cooling evaporation I felt as the golf cart was moving and with any breeze that blew. I also did not feel hot like I thought would be the effect like wearing a long sleeve shirt. I also did not feel sun exhausted on the second day after a round like I did on…

Pros
  • Provides a comfortable fit without sliding down the arms
Cons
  • Could potentially cause overheating during extended use

Comfortable, really do help keep you cool.

These are very comfortable, and fit both myself over 6'2" and my wife 5'1". It is pretty surprising, but they do help you stay cool when you're wearing them, better than other sleeves I have worn. They came out of the wash the first time looking a little worse for wear, however after the second wash there was no further change, so they stabilized. As long as they hold up over time I think there will be a great addition to our sun protection.

used to cover tattoo during healing process

These worked great for me to wear while at work right after getting my tattoo. The healing process is not pretty and since my tat was on my forearm didn't wanna have that hanging out at work until it was fully healed. Comfortable and worked exactly as I needed them too.
