Excellent customer support and outstanding product

It's easy to use, it has many features that I like (such as email notifications), makes things very clear for customers so they can easily understand what we are doing with their data etc., good price options available without any hidden costs or additional fees - this means you know exactly how much money your business will be spending before signing up! Nothing really at all actually dislike anything about tendersupport.com but if there was something then maybe more templates? Maybe some…

Reliable support tool / easy integration

Easy to use, very cost effective for what it does offer (support call centres). The system has been fully tested as part of our own implementation project but with that we encountered some minor issues which were quickly resolved by their technical team. Their service was excellent throughout even when they weren't able or willing at times in resolving problems raised. So far so good! No major dislikes yet and I've only worked through one day's worth of tickets during my first week back from…
