Easy to use, very cost effective for what it does offer (support call centres). The system has been fully tested as part of our own implementation project but with that we encountered some minor issues which were quickly resolved by their technical team. Their service was excellent throughout even when they weren't able or willing at times in resolving problems raised. So far so good!
