Good Scanner: POS (Point of Sale) Equipment

This is a great wireless scanner. I bought it for use in a research lab and the cables are not ideal for the inventory I need to scan. Can scan directly to Excel and Quartzy. The only downside is that it cannot scan very small tubes with a Datamatrix (3mm size code).

Easy to use, fast reading, wireless and storage, great for PDF417

I was looking for a 2D reader that supports dense PDF417 codes (e.g. in driver's licenses or foreign ID cards), it works really well US IDs, supports many configuration modes and has memory that allows you to read codes far from your base. From my point of view, a few configuration options are missing, such as B. the character translation, but for now we can work around this.

Does not work for the PD431 data field. Enter

If I could, I wouldn't even get stars. Spent a whole day trying to get this to work and find a manual. I manually recorded the data for this procedure and set it up for scanning. I needed a 2D scanner for PDF431 to enter data into fields. The scanner came with no manual and the manufacturer's website didn't even list it as a manual on the download site. Maybe it works like a regular barcode scanner, I don't know, but this thing is junk. Now I'm set to scan data and it's not working. This thing…

Exactly as advertised.

I needed a scanner that could handle printed or screen barcodes. I received it today and it works pretty well. There was no attitude. Just plug in and get started. The only downside is that some parts of the guide aren't as clear as we'd like. I need to be able to change the suffix on the fly and the manual isn't very clear on that area.
