We love this faucet. The simple setup, hands free swipe and general appearance were exactly as advertised. Hose is long enough for a kitchen, and it operates very easily. I do not give 5 ratings for many products, so it says a lot about the quality. If I had any concern or thoughts for improvement, I would suggest that they lengthen the cord for the control unit (so the sensor is on or off). Item came quickly and was very easy to install. The directions were clear. I love the motion sensor as I don’t have to touch the faucet with dirty hands.

It is a very well made faucet and very functional. Installation was not difficult; it is way more difficult to remove the old faucet especially since there is bound to be rust in the ring that holds it from underneath. This one if it ever needs to be removed should not be as bad because the underneath tightening ring is not full circle, it's about 340 degrees. The distributor is very responsive if you have any questions, and they stand by their product.

Waited a year to leave this review:Purchased because I wanted a touch less faucet for my kitchen upgrade. This did not disappoint! Works everytime. Haven't even had to replace batteries for the touch less sensor. Everyone loves this faucet & I am so glad I didn't spend too much for this one!

Touchless wave sensor is not working. Also Manuel not working. It has a life time warranty. Please help. Suggest sending a technician.Called plumber Jonathan from Intution Plumbing according to him touches battery box is faulty and a sleeve in the manual operation lever is missing. My handyman put it in for me. It looks great - impressive addition to my kitchen. I love how it works. And let my say … this was a slightly used item and saved me a substantial amount of cash. Everything was in the box - could not tell it wasn’t new.

After more that a year of use, really enjoy this faucet. The finish is tops and the motion sensor works as advertised. May require frequent cleaning and maintenance to prevent buildup of mineral deposits and debris.

I am totally surprised how well this unit looks and functions. It’s very sturdy, water pressure is great and the install was quick and easy. If you looking for a great faucet at a fraction of the price of the bigger name brands give this a try. Well worth it.

Easy to install and love it after getting used to it. Motion sensor is not so sensitive that it goes on and off by itself. It also shuts off after running 3 min so it reminds me not to waste water.

Tried a different ones prior to this one but it had bery little water flow when hot was selected. This faucet is great. Strong water flow in all selected positions.

We purchased this item for our newly re-model kitchen. Wife likes the easy of working at the sink with need for water is just a swipe of the hand. Easy to install with great directions.

The pull down doesn’t start the water flow when extended, nor stop when returned to the housing. Also if we pull it out enough to reach the far side of a double sink, the water stops. Not ideal. The motion detection works well, but not perfectly and the power spray is too strong so we have to constantly adjust it manually.
