This is not a "heavy " canvas material

I don't know why this product is called "Supertoof". No, that is not so. It's not a heavy canvas material and the material is very cheap. It was supposed to be 4'X5', and it's a lot smaller than that. I bought it to protect my couch, but my pup chewed a hole in it easily. High quality canvases are a lot more expensive these days so maybe I thought so.

Pros
  • Great for a small home
Cons
  • Vulgarity

Prevents dog claws from damaging the couch

Our new rescue dog loves to jump on and off the couch (both jump and get up and jump and get up and jump and get up). He has 6 toes on one back foot and 7 on the other, plus the usual 5 toes on his front feet - so basically a lot of claws to catch on my cute couch. This fabric protects the couch while being comfortable enough to sit on and folds easily for storage.

  • Nice to use

Weight is not 10 ounces.

I bought a 12x15 for a construction project. drywall etc. I wanted to be able to pick it up and shake it between builds to keep the site clean. I'm sure it's no less than a pound for my purposes. Please note that shipping weight exceeds 12 pounds. It's nothing out of the ordinary; I think it was an envelope. It's a good fabric and I think I can buy it with a vacuum cleaner. It later turned out that 10 oz. It was a thickness gauge, not a weight. Guilty.

Pros
  • Easy to read control panel
Cons
  • Unreliable

We could easily move it from wall to wall.

The size and thickness of this base fabric helped me a lot on my recent living room painting job. We could easily move it from wall to wall without being intimidated by its size. It was also easier to keep going compared to using plastic rags like I've done in the past. And the best thing is that after the job is done, I can tidy it up, fold it up and use it for many more painting jobs in the future. Thank you for such a great product at such a great price!

Great for curtains!

I bought these to use as curtains. We have a very old house (established in 1822) and love to keep rustic/natural elements in our decor. I spent weeks looking for curtain sets that didn't require a second mortgage ($$$) to buy and have these style items. I happened to be looking for rags to paint our guest bedroom and saw someone mention using them for curtains and the lights went out! It was the perfect size and I love that they have a seam at the top and bottom. (Personally I like that the…

It is what it is. What the hell are you waiting for here?

I'm tired of my husband complaining about my crafts sticking to wooden furniture. I bought this napkin so the acrylic paint wouldn't stick to it. This solved the problem. I would recommend for someone buying this to find some glue to stick the doilies to the surface they are painting on so things don't pinch or crumple the fabric. It is not a soft fabric and only slightly water repellent. Don't sew ball gowns or cover tents with this linen. Although here are a few alternative uses for it other…
