Great tool - even better Customer Success Manager

The ability to track all of our clients at once so that we can send them relevant information when they are in their contract term or have reached an upgrade date! It also has saved me from having to look through files every time I need something! Sometimes it will not display certain fields properly but otherwise it's been great! We've only had small issues with this product but those were quickly resolved by support/dev team! Make sure you understand how to use everything within the program…

Pros
  • That i could simply click one button instead doing several things manually was very helpful!!! This allowed easy syncing between multiple sites without issue too!! Also allowing tracking across various platforms is super beneficial compared just using excel spreadsheets..plus more automation options exist now due its integration into Salesforce CRM system.which makes sense given SFX products' past relationship history wth sales force marketing

Great program for keeping your business organized and running efficiently

I like that it's easy enough to use but also has all of my information stored in one place so when i need something from them they are right there! Not much dislike about this software other than maybe if you have an older computer or slow internet speed then sometimes takes time loading pages etc. It was great having everything together under 1 roof which made our job easier as well especially with customer service issues we were able to get back quicker since its only us 2 working instead of…
