Sorry to write this but the motor I bought only lasted 1 month on my 3D printer. The quality of the engine is very low compared to competitors. Customer service was difficult to deal with and I ended up with no support for the motor product I purchased. I contacted customer service to ensure I was using the correct motor size for my application, which we found. I was offered half a discount on a new motor if I buy another. But I don't want to buy another one only to have it stop working again…

Update: I've had this motor and extruder for a long time and haven't had any problems. It works amazingly well and has enough power to push the filament through. I've always wanted to use a BMG style extruder, but I needed a Pancake or Slim motor to use it. After trying the TwoTrees magnetic flexplate, I found that their quality is pretty good compared to other manufacturers, so I went with their BMG extruder and this slim-style pancake motor. I was worried about enough motor power but it works

I bought this stepper to replace the broken one on my BMG extruder. The packaging was adequate and the engine arrived in perfect condition. The silver parts are finished with a flake-like silver finish. It looks very nice and stands out from the other steppers in my collection. When I first plugged in the stepper, it didn't work.
