I liked the pattern of the product. And the grip was pretty good until it got wet. It says waterproof, but it's not. The tiniest drop of water in the crack and it floats up like a trifle.

Could not be applied smoothly as the self-adhesive backing did not stick to the painted wood at all and kept slipping and sliding and wrinkling. The only thing the glue will stick to is itself.

Looks great! Very sticky so be careful lol it's very easy to install on all straights but if you want to wrap something all the way around good luck. I wrapped my counters, I have rounded edges so it was annoying but I managed. The instructions are easy to follow. Make sure you have a blow dryer or heat gun, something to smooth out the bubbles.

I applied this almost 1 year ago and I haven't had any rips or tears. The area around my sink is always wet and it has never stepped through water. It's very thin and easy to work with, but I would suggest using the Windex method they use to tint windows as it's extremely sticky and difficult to move around without damaging the contact paper if you're concerned with its placement are not satisfied.
