Bought twice, the lid always breaks and the hole clogs.

This is quite a large tube so you would expect to be able to reseal it and use it many times but that is not the case. Since the cap is broken, the silicone dries up and the hole gets clogged. Once clogged it's hard to clean so I had to cut the hose to squeeze some out. It's basically a waste of money because I had to throw away the whole tube after cutting it.

Economical in putties, adhesives and sealants

This is the most economical of the flowable silicones. It works great. It flows and heals just as well as any other. I have never experienced curing in a tube which is the result of good inventory management. If you have no experience with this medium, it should be pointed out that the flow speed is hardly noticeable on horizontal surfaces. It continues to flow slowly for a few minutes while steadily increasing in viscosity. According to Tube, it dries in an hour and cures in a day. "Dry" means
