They are really well made, have a good grip, but they didn't fit me. My dog's front paws are much larger than her back legs and she drags her feet when she walks so she pretty much fell on her face. I would recommend for a younger dog who lifts his legs to walk and if his front and back paws are the same size as they come in a set of four.

Our old Mr. Hank has arthritis in his hindquarters that makes it difficult for him to gather strength to stand on the ground. Fits well, I walk my dog about a mile and a half a day and these boots stay up the entire walk even with the occasional short sprint or run except sometimes they shift and make me turn around because I noticed they almost rolled onto the side of his paw (which could mean they weren't tight enough), the boots never came off. I haven't used them in the rain so I don't know how waterproof they are, but I most likely won't use them in the rain as the inside will get wet no matter what boot you use.

These boots are great but I gave them 4 stars because they didn't fit well. I ordered a size 7 for my 70lb American Bulldog and probably should have ordered a size 6.
